Our Program

Residential Addiction Treatment Program for Healthcare Professionals

Pathway Professionals Program’s model is physician-owned, professional-focused, structured, and discreet. Treatment is designed to support recovery while also helping clients prepare for documentation, accountability, and continuing care expectations after residential treatment.

Core treatment services

Program Structure

This page should use a different Hanabi-style Service Detail layout: service cards first, then a daily-structure timeline, then amenities/photo placeholders.

Individual Counseling

A structured space to examine substance use patterns, professional stressors, relapse risks, shame, isolation, work identity, burnout, access to controlled substances, relationship strain, and recovery goals.

Group Counseling

Group counseling sessions are comprised exclusively of other healthcare professionals, helping reduce isolation and stigmatization while supporting honest peer discussion.

Case Management

Case management helps translate treatment progress into practical next steps, including leave paperwork, continuing care planning, monitoring expectations, referral communication, documentation, family communication, and transition planning.

Discharge and Continuing Care Planning

PPP helps clients prepare for the post-residential phase, including monitoring, outpatient care, work re-entry, testing, peer support, workplace expectations, and board-related requirements.

MAT Coordination and Support

Medication-assisted treatment can be an important part of care for some clients. PPP supports MAT coordination when needed, with individualized medication decisions made by licensed clinicians.

Professional Accountability

Treatment supports recovery while preparing clients for documentation, accountability, monitoring-readiness, and continuing care expectations.

Daily structure

A Typical Day at PPP

Days at PPP are structured intentionally — designed to restore routine, discipline, and clarity that high-performing professionals need to sustain lasting recovery.

Profession-specific guidance

Psychoeducation and guidance that reflects the responsibilities, risks, and pressures of clinical work.

Individualized treatment

Individual and group sessions, peer engagement, recovery planning, and accountability-focused support.

Healthy lifestyle structure

Balanced meals, wellness activities, rest, reflection, and recovery-focused routines.

Recover in Comfort

Our intimate, 6-bed setting means individualized attention, privacy, and the space to focus entirely on your recovery — without distraction.

Photo placement

Add Several Facility Photos Here

Use this section for the photos you said you will provide. It is intentionally separate from the text-heavy program sections so the page feels different from the other pages.
