Pathway Professionals Program (PPP) is a physician-owned residential substance use disorder treatment program developed for healthcare professionals who need structured treatment in a private setting that understands the clinical, professional, and practical consequences of substance use concerns.
Healthcare professionals are trained to function under pressure, delay their own needs, and manage distress privately. Those same traits can make it harder to seek help early.
By the time a professional enters treatment, the situation may involve family concern, workplace consequences, monitoring requirements, legal advice, or patient safety concerns. PPP was created to offer a treatment setting where those realities can be addressed directly.
Because PPP is physician-owned, the program was designed with an understanding of the clinical, cultural, and professional pressures healthcare professionals may face when substance use affects work, licensing, patient safety, or professional identity.
PPP’s staffing model includes clinical and support staff such as a physician medical director, psychiatrist, AOD-certified counselors, licensed therapists, registered nurses, and private chef.
